Our commitment

BLOOM Hair Co. wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, keyboard only, magnification or reduced motion settings.

Standard we target

This site is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That includes visible focus indicators, keyboard operability, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient colour contrast, target sizes of at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels, content that reflows at 400 percent zoom and respect for the operating system's reduced motion preference.

Known limitations

Some content on this site is still marked as pending because the underlying information or photography has not been supplied. Those areas are labelled in plain text rather than filled with placeholder graphics. Video content will include captions and a transcript before it is published.

Third-party booking

Appointment booking happens on a third-party booking platform that BLOOM does not control. If you encounter an accessibility barrier while booking, contact us and we will help you book another way.
