Availability is set by each stylist individually. Booking through Crystal's or Lily's direct booking link will always show their current openings, and larger color appointments tend to fill first.
Come with clean, dry, product-free hair unless your stylist tells you otherwise, and bring reference photos of results you like - and results you do not. Be ready to share your full color history, including box color and any at-home lightening, because it directly affects what is possible in one visit.

Yes. Hand-painted balayage, lived-in color, highlights and blonding are core services at BLOOM. If your goal is a big lift from a dark or previously colored base, your stylist will tell you honestly whether it is a one-visit change or a staged plan.
Both. Full gray coverage keeps things consistently covered, and gray blending softens the line so grow-out is gentler. Your stylist will walk through which one fits your hair and your routine.
